Minerva Reynosa
Minerva Reynosa (Monterrey, Mexico. 1979). Poet, instructor, and cultural consultant. She is head of the National Coordination of Literature (CNL) with The National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL), an agency of the Ministry of Culture of the Mexican government. She has published the following titles: Una infanta necia (2003); Emötoma (2007) Carmen Alardín 2006 Prize; La íntima de las cosas (2007), Atardecer en los suburbios (2011); Fotogramas de mi corazón conceptual absolutamente ciego (2012); Mammut (video game app, 2015); Mammut & Jinba-Ittai (2019/2024/2025); Larga oda a la salvación de Osvaldo, en co-authored with Sergio Ernesto Ríos (2019); iremos que te pienso entre las filas y el olfato pobre de un paisaje con borrachos o ahorcados (2020/2025) Clemencia Isaura National Poetry Award 2020; Lo mejor que damos. Antología personal (2022); poema de María Galindo intervenido o algunas formas de muerte en la entidad (2025) and este país (2026) Efraín Huerta National Poetry Award 2025. Her poems have been translated into German, English, Swedish, Russian, and French; and she has been published in various countries. Alongside the translator Paula Abramo, she edits Muiraquitã Proyecto Fanzinero de Poesía; a publication of Brazilian contemporary poetry translated into Spanish.
